Faculty Advisors
Lambda Chi Alpha’s first Faculty Advisor on the St. Louis College of Pharmacy campus is Mr. Freddie Wills. Freddie is the Director of Multicultural Student Services at STLCOP while teaching Professional Communications, a third year course. Freddie is the original faculty advisor for Pi-Lambda Zeta, taking the position in early 2004 before the official colonization.
In February of 2006, Professor of Pharmacy Administration and Director of Graduate Studies, Dr. Kenneth Schafermeyer became the second Faculty Advisor for the Chapter along with Freddie Wills. Dr. Schafermeyer was also initiated into Lambda Chi Alpha Pi-Lambda Zeta in late April 2006 as an Honorary Member, earning the I number of Pi-Lambda 35.
Dr. Kathleen Martin was also a faculty advisor for the Chapter. She took the position alongside Freddie Wills in November of 2004, but has since left the college to take a position at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Martin was a wonderful teacher (Introduction to Pharmacy Practice and Pharmaceutics), and is an asset to any faculty she is a part of. Pi-Lambda Zeta wishes her the best of luck in all of her future endeavors.
